Hiring process
Our hiring process can be completed within a week or two depending on your availability for calls. These are the primary steps.
1. Phone screen with hiring manager
2. Tech test – 1–3 hours
3. Video call with senior developer
4. Video calls: 1 meeting a few members of the team you'll be working with + 1 with cofounder, usually the CEO
