Who are Uncrowd?

Uncrowd operates adjacent to the Customer Analytics segment. We call where we play ‘Experience Analytics’. Where the former looks to build two-dimensional understanding of customers, the latter is about data-driven 3D descriptions of the experience. With the former you’re looking inwards, the latter looks across the entire market, and that is where growth lives.

We use data to do something that has never been possible before, which is to explain when and why a customer might prefer entity-a instead of entity-b. It’s a simple idea but with staggering power; our platform is essentially able to explain precisely how a retailer, or bank, or restaurant or whatever can win more of the time. It’s like a treasure map without the guessing, X really does mark the spot.

The Uncrowd platform defines a value for 'relative attractiveness' (RA) for a given experience and customer mission. Growth comes from increasing RA, understanding how to increase RA is what our friction-versus-reward tools do.

This is Uncrowd Experience Analytics for Market Share Growth.

Our culture.

We’re a start-up that’s scaling up with ambition to reach unicorn in a few years’ time. We have something genuinely unique which is both exciting and challenging. Exciting because we are able to punch way above our weight in terms of c-suite penetration and challenging because we’re continually building credibility and trust to support our inventiveness and uniqueness.

And it’s working. In fact, it’s working brilliantly and consequently we’re growing fast.

We’re ambitious. We’re looking to significantly grow our client base and internationalise our business.

We’re brave. We’re a small business playing on the same field as the big boys and we believe we can win.

We turn up differently. We don’t re-enact corporate playbooks. We do our own thing, which gives us huge creative latitude and massive cut-through.

We’re human. Uncrowd’s committed to re-thinking how to ‘do’ business. We are already inclusive & diverse, flexible and fair. We want our people to be able to balance work and life, to use their time with us to develop & learn and we are committed to making the workplace an environment that fosters growth in an enjoyable, exciting and entrepreneurial environment.
