Our interview process begins with an initial 45 minute Google Hangout with one of our engineering team - we want to find out more about you and tell you more about us!
Each role has a slightly different process as you might imagine but generally speaking there is a technical exercise of some variety which will either be 'at home' or 'in person'. (Although right now they are kind of one and the same!)
The actual interview will be conducted on a hangout and will last for one hour 45 minutes or 2 hours 45 minutes (role dependant). This will consist of a Technical session and a Value add session.
Our values guide our decisions and the way we work so it is really important this is an environment in which you are going to thrive, this is a value add not a value fit. Also you get to meet some other Goodlordians- what's not to like? Right?
