The company was formed after a presentation to some leaders in the HR sector about AI, chatbots and innovative technology. After a fantastic response, Elective was born.
The goal was simple, "clean up", optimise and validate the HR and Talent Management industries. We all know about the negative stigma around Talent management and recruitment with the HR industry, but no one seems to be addressing this stigma or trying to change the legacy processes to improve and add value back to the industry.
Our goal is disrupt the industry and ensure that the experience for all parties are all smooth, seemless and excellent as well as ensure that the data is accurate, validated and the best candidates and position in front of the right clients. Accuracy and validity is key for us when looking at goals for our platform in the industry.
Our Platform - RECii - offers an AI driven, assessment, profiling and validation tool that currently focuses within the HR and Talent Management sector and will soon expand to other industries including Telecoms and Fintech.
We have an enormous data stack. The underlying architecture is built on microservices (GCP). With a base of Symfony and React, we also have Go as the primary language for our voicebot and blockchain is used for our validation piece. We always explore all technologies and consistently want to innovate and push the boundaries so we actively welcome feedback and comments on new technologies and what we need to use for our build.

We like to keep things as simple as possible and give everyone the opportunity to show us what they can do. We typically start with a short introductory call, followed by a chat at our office to discuss your experience in more detail and run some scenarios through with you. Lastly, we will provide a code challenge for you to complete in your own time. Throughout the process we will discuss actual scenarios and problems but we encourage open discussions and approaches towards solving them. That's it.
