We build solutions to orchestrate the people behind creative work. We do this using a creative-focused approach, combining our backgrounds in the creative industry with our love of building digital products.

The creative landscape is changing. Brands are building in-house studios to take the wheel on their own productions, to self supply the increasing demand of creative assets and content. Alongside this shift, creatives are moving towards a more fluid way of working, rotating through industries to diversify their work and experience.

We are spearheading this shift by helping companies orchestrate their creative workforce to work together fluidly and create great work.

Atellio is backed by leaders in the creative industry like ustwo and the ECD of Wieden & Kennedy. Having been in stealth mode for the last year, Atellio is already powering the photo and film studios of the leading brands in streetwear, fashion and retail. They’re all under NDA, so you know they’re good.


Team away days to reflect and re-center

Regular trips are arranged OOO from small day trips around London to 3 day breaks abroad. We get together to reflect and re-center our goals for the weeks ahead. Our last away trip was in Milan.

Membership to a creative organisation

We’ll pay for an annual membership to a creative organisation of your choice such as Tate, Barbican, Curzon etc.

Work from home Wednesdays

A day to work in your own space and on your terms. We limit meetings on Wednesday's so you can work on your main tasks without breaking up your day.
